Monterey County, 11.5% ABV. Beautiful stonefruit aromatics, notable acidity, with balanced citrus flavors and a dry finish. Naturally high in acid, this young, dry Riesling is crisp and clean.

Sourced from Paso Robles. 15.1% ABV. This medium- bodied, sultry Spanish varietal has aromas of bright red fruits & a dusty spice, with notes of black tea leaf & currant throughout the juicy body. Complements roasted meats, and is great with tapas!

Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. 15.4% ABV. Big, velvety, balanced. Tasty fruit character with bright cherry and a hint of spice, great acidity, moderate tannin. Aged in oak for almost 40 months, resulting in a smooth, drinkable Cab.

Fortified Dessert Wine. 18.8% ABV, 375 mL. Twilight began in our vineyard as Zinfandel. Grape brandy was added to stop fermentation, leaving behind residual sugar and creating a light, sweet wine with coconut notes. Perfect pairing: German chocolate mousse or KoKo’s Coconut Gouda!
